The timeline from initial quote to project start depends on the season: spring and summer booking can run 2–4 weeks out. We give you a clear start date at the time of booking and stick to it.

Ask about base preparation method (the most important quality indicator), what happens if the project runs over budget, who specifically will be on-site doing the work, and whether they have recent examples in your neighbourhood. The cheapest quote almost always reflects shortcuts in base depth or material quality — ask specifically what base depth they're quoting.
